They must be doing it to protect the Company Financially.
Must be the Value of the NTGL shares that have been promised to shareholders of NTEK [us] back in February.
Must be held in Escrow, but maybe there is a Loophole since they have not been issued.
OK with me if it helps the Company's Finances.
I am in no hurry to collect them.
