many of us have been talking with them every day since then.
and consistantly posting our findings.
basically they anounced the funding too early becuase the deal haddent been finalized yet.
before the deal went through they needed to fix there toxic debt situation
last week they were almost finished wrapping that up.
got a message that said 99% complete on thursday mid day.
spoke with joe from IR yesterday and he said that he has reason to believe that we should see the filings "fairly" soon.
we all have every reason to believe that the deal with GHS is going through as planned in the press release and we should see the details shortly.
