Ok I just read that, thanks.  The latest A/S (300m) has not been released into the market, which is good.  However, the prior increase is the one I was wondering about, since today the Q1 for BCAP mentions that we converted some debt in RIGH and it was sold.  I wonder how much debt was converted, because I would suspect some of these shares to have come from the first A/S increase.  I am looking to buy in RIGH, but it is always difficult to say whether I should just add to BCAP instead, lol.  I don't really like the SS of each, but I do feel based on the revenue hints just after the R/M for RIGH, the numbers could be substantial and garner market attention in the next few weeks, which is peaking my interest in RIGH.
