There is no one living next door. There is no water on the property and the one building is a Quonset Hut type building that was previously used for an illegal grow operation that was shut down by the MED Board, you see that is what this is all about.
The neighbor is constructing some sort of building but doesn't have a building permit so a visit from the County Planning Commission is forth coming
When I was down at the site on Friday there was several pieces of heavy machinery and huge excavation going on. It looked like to me about 7500 sq ft of excavation. There is also about 1000 tons of what looks like select fill that was brought in and I would assume that there will be some compaction going on as the move forward with construction
