Parkway ($PKY) announced an agreement to sell an 80 percent interest in Courvoisier Centre in Miami, Florida, at a gross asset value of $175 million. To account for the recapitalization, the company adjusted its 2016 adjusted funds from operations outlook to 29-39 cents per share for the Parkway Portfolio, in which Parkway owns an interest.
