Quarterly is out. http://www.otcmarkets.com/financ
Post# of 2009
As could be expected, ponies are all excited.
I'm not (but that's because I'm a "whining basher" ).
Not at all because I look at the naked numbers.
They don't seem to do that, at least not the negative numbers.
They cheer because of a 5% increased revenue, and this compared to a quarter that had only a handful of A-list movies on UF.
http://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=3343733 (check out the replies ...). I don't see any "acceleration" there. BLOCKBUSTER ????
I'm not at all into accounting, but these numbers don't make me cheer:
(last quarter in () )
Here's my pick:
cash on hand: $46,400 (130,649) = 64% decrease
net gain: $-525,714 (+333,000= 1st Q) = loss
sales media: $2,020,863 (2,387,717) = 15 % decrease (UF rentals down ?)
sales studio: $1,625,000 (1,099,500) = 48% increase
revenues: $3,839,193 (3.644.657)= 5,3% increase
gross profit: $616,804 ($1,762,281 1st Q)= 65% decrease
stockholder's deficit: $9,374,019 (5,800,147 1st Q)= 61% increase
The only light is the almost 50% increase of "sales studio".
Lucky they made that.
I had much higher hopes for this Q, especially in the light of the first month of real A-list content.
No cigar, not even close.
BTW, they wrongly represented the net gain per share as positive, which it is obviously not.
What the ponies seem to overlook, or don't mind, is that federal prisoner David Foley received another 43.5 mln shares in September, as "Company’s Employee Investment Stock Option Plan" !
WTF ??
He's in prison for half a year now, but is still a company employee, payed with newly issues shares ??
( http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportView...;id=147231 ) pg.14
Note also that in that Quarterly Disclosure, 220 mln shares issued to Royal Capital between July 6th and Sep.15th do no longer appear (as compared to the Yearly disclosure @ http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportView...;id=145266 pg.13)
??
Not very convincing.
