Here's what those terms in bold mean:
detrimental reliance: In order to prevail on a promissory estoppel claim and have a promise enforced, you must show the following: A promise was made. Relying on the promise was reasonable or foreseeable. There was actual and reasonable reliance on the promise. The reliance was detrimental.
Tortious interference: is a common law tort allowing a claim for damages against a defendant who wrongfully interferes with the plaintiff's contractual or business relationships. See also intentional interference with contractual relations.
