I am tickled pink that you have caught onto the key word in Saturday's Wyoming update. At first glance "inc" looks like a mistake, but it is actually very telling about what is occurring. Now if u r asking me, I'd say that it appears as if Linduff is reincorporating which would adsorb Nevada's LLC which is likely Oak River's intellectual property that allows for the revenue-producing established company, which exists with immediate shareholder equity.
The only consequence I see is a higher tax bracket for shareholders

Would anyone like to explain the consequences of becoming a corporation? With the new info showing they registered INC. am i to assume correctly that we will soon have to be fully reporting not alternative? Thanks--Space seems to have the answer to this?? Space??? wanna answer? thanks
