Example: You walk into a restaurant and sit down to a wonderful dinner then discover a human hair in it. What do you do? Normally complain. Then the management will fix it.

Now, At ihub same thing. You complain they tell you to deal with it. What do you do? Ok.. Like a coward you deal with it. Instead you should pack your bags and boycott the living hell out of them. Unfortunately the issue is everyone keeps feeding the "bashers" more juice instead of walking away and coming here. Like yourself you still go over there to argue with these people.
