Q3 Report Update:
Because we are a new reporting company, we have 45 days from our effective date to file our first Q report, an extension over the regular due date.
Securities and Exchange Commission, Section 240.13a-13 Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q
"The first quarterly report of the issuer shall be filed either within 45 days after the effective date of the registration statement or on or before the date on which such report would have been required to be filed if the issuer has been required to file reports on Form 10–Q as of its last fiscal quarter, whichever is later."
This means we have until November 27 to file our Q3 report with the SEC.
