If you read the report, it looks like the actual 1 million production run wasn't even produced yet. Once paid at the end of the month, they will begin shipment of the cans. There's actually deferred revenue on the balance sheet. It looks like they would actually be profitable of those were sold.
Ultimately if you look at it, this report contained all the costs of the Canadian order which rmhb had to pay upfront. They also reduces debt. Converted a shareholder debt to shares, which they wouldn't do unless they knew there was going to be substantial growth for a return.
Next year will be all profitable sales on the report. It's possible they add the mango run on the next quarter too soften it shows slow but steady growth. A lot of startup costs on this first report, but truthfully it looks good.
If you follow their Facebook pages you can see a significant difference from last year to now. They also have vans distributing product. What we see here are the pawns getting placed for a big checkmate.
Now the reality check for you scared folks.
Price probably won't go that much higher until some hedge funds buy into this or they show profit on their balance sheet which could be later next year. If you were hoping to make a good flip on this, you wont. I see the price staying the same for a while because this is a pretty good valuation for it. Hedge funds probably will want to see 1-2 profitable quarters until they invest....so either you load up more shares at a good price for the next year or move on.
I like the direction this company is going in and the report looked spot on from what I expected. Too many investors here looking for a spike like last time....company is just starting off. It's smart to put all the debt on the first quarter so they make a big splash with profit in the next to come. They will be a hit otc company just screaming buy from hedge funds.
Just my .02
Looking to load up more next February when I cash out on some other investments
