There will be no communication until the matter has settled with COR or they find a way to neutralize any potential "attacks" from them.
The thing is the market won't know until its too late. Thats how it always happens. Negotiations have a lot more to them than what the market knows and settlements have conditions. For example, COR can agree to drop suit once it recovers say 50% of its net losses (less the gains their clients had) through dividend payments for example. CRGP could potentially say we are planning on a div on such date but if we don't settle, nothing will ever come to anyone. COR would be greedy and quite dumb not to try to settle.
Supposing COR's true losses are 3m (Im not checking pleadings again but I know stock was sold so COR should collect those gains from its customers... I would think that would be negotiated as it would be fair) then in this example dividends would have to total 1.5m. With 150m shares it would all settle without assuming any movement of the stock. The rest would then be recovered through additional div payments or selling stock (CRGP could agree with them to repurchase stock at price in which it was given to COR after it recovers fully for example).
