Quote:Great exposure coming.
I know I travel in different crowds than most here. I am an accredited investor and have purchased private placements of companies Pre IPO and PIPEs for almost 20 years now (Including buying private placement offerings from SFRX) Well, one of the groups that I am currently aware of is a group that puts together a Shark Tank set up in the state of Georgia. It's a private group by approval only comprised of quite a few Angel Investors like myself (Yes, that's the term. Not my word) that get together to see if a company is worthy of some funding. Basically like the Shark tank that is on TV.
This Thursday, they have three companies presenting to them. ONe is SEAFARER. This comes from their website (Not from Seafarer itself. Again, my DD comes from outside the company, not from information gathered from within)
<<Thursday (11/19) is our 30th Shark Attack 5:30 to 8:30pm is Shark Attack at (deleted). Join us the next day Friday (11/20) 9:30 to 11:30am at (deleted) for Angel Meet-Up with in-depth power point investor presentations on SeaFarer Exploration, Parkway Healthcare Ventures, A Better Bottle and time permitting - more medical rapid fire presentations. Angel Meet-Up is a no charge event for Accredited Investors and Capital Community Members.
Shark Attack November 19th.
BAIT: Thursday's Shark Attack will feature safety issues for infants, revolutionize rural affordable health care and show you how you can fulfill your childhood dream using the latest technology to find sunken treasure off the coast of Florida. >>
Bottom line is that Thursday evening and Friday during the day many high net worth people shall be exposed to SFRX. MY guess is that most shall NOT invest, since we are a Penny Stock. Some though SHALL. In the offering that is presented to them (Hey. Everyone said the stock is so low that KK should not do the current selling of shares that he has on the table, but should not dilute us at this time. So he has done what was asked. He has something up his sleeve to get some more short term funding without the large dilution. Good for him ... and us!) we'll see what happens, but I'm hoping for a little more infusion of new blood, and that can only be good for the stock.
Since I'm posting (getting rare now, as it seems all is taken out of context when I do post) this post, let me tell you the latest I've heard from Mary at the state on the permit. Once again she came up with something she didn't like in the latest information from SFRX. As renard said, since he had worked with the government on permits for years, they look for things to say are not right in order to delay permits. But anyway, she said they had to adjust one more thing (Why always "one more thing"? If there are six things, why not have them fix all six things at once? Why find one, stop the process, tell them about that one thing, and then after they fix it, THEN continue down the page and find ... one more thing?) before the permit could be issued. ANd it had to do with the current permit, not the new one. I guess she is finally DONE with asking for things to be changed on the new permit, so now she had to find things wrong with the current one to delay the new one yet again. (Hey, I said "I guess"Well, she was gone all last week, and is back this morning. SFRX said they will have that "One more item" fixed and to her by this morning. rare thing, I actually talked to Kyle too. And he agreed with what Mary said, without me even telling him what I knew first (Yes, I test him to see if he says the same things Mary says. SO far he HAS, which to me is a HUGE confirmation that he is being honest with me) Anyway, the permit is still on the edge of being issued, according ot Mary, but she is working on those final dotting of the I's and crossing of the T's. Hopefully soon and she is not just yanking everyone's chain.
That's what I have. I say this is great news of many new investors putting eyes on SFRX this week (And again KK hasn't even announced this. I guess talking to investors isn't newsworthy or requiring of a PR, but I personally think this is a pretty good thing he is able to do this coming week. smile As one who has attended these sorts of meetings before, and knows that lots of people will be seeing SFRX for the first time) and secondly we are still stagnant on the permit, waiting for final approval so it can issued but NO we don't need to do more surveying before we get this permit moved over from HTQ, in spite of words to the opposite. We just need to met the written requirements and all the little T's and I's that need finished up. Maybe in the next week or so?? Maybe??
A very reasonable and fair post from jrf30 this
