The new shares will not necessarily show up in your brokerage account on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1. It will happen, probably, during the week following Nov. 30... You will also not be receiving "Hard copies" or "stock certificates" of the new shares either (through the mail or otherwise).
Just sit back and relax...you don't need to do anything to receive the new shares...other than own shares of FITX by Nov. 30.
"The completion and timing of the separation are dependent upon a number of conditions. It is expected that the shares of CEN common stock will be distributed by Creative to the holders of record of Creative common shares at the close of business on November 30, 2015, the record date for the distribution. Creative anticipates making the distribution of the shares within a month of the record date. However, no assurance can be provided as to the timing of the separation or that all conditions to the separation will be met."
