Huffman admitted he lied to the Court in the last complaint, just like he lied in the case against The Exterminator. A hearing for the most recent lie is scheduled for 12-1 at 2:30. But his admitting the lie may be evidence NV uses against him.
Some times sick individuals like Huffman get away with one lie and they get the idea they have the system beat and continue the behavior. Or they simply can't stop themselves. Either way they eventually get caught.
Hopefully Judge Stephens will look at the overwhelming evidence against Huffman and SFRX on 12-1. Anyone that can read the docket can see when SFRX received the Interrogatories. Kyle and Craig need to be held to account. They know they violated an Order. But instead of "fessing up", they showed their true character and Kowardice.
If you think Micah has done something wrong, then you have a duty to file your own complaint. I have no position since I have no idea what you're talking about. If he did something wrong he should be held to account, regardless of any investment I may have concerning a company he holds a majority position in. And if I knew he was doing something illegal I would file my own complaint.
