Why in the world would you think the "deal could be off".....??
Other than bs bashers and typical scare em posts with NO VERIFIABLE LINKS ATTACHED.....(such as the 8K and 10Q have)....
Until verifiable info comes to KILL THIS.....I SEE A SEC FILING .....
Who alerts the SEC to their own scam...if it is one???
LOL....once again...timelines come from the COMPANY...not from over eager penny players trying to flip for hamburger and beer money......
