I'd bet these are the guys bringing Canwealth Minerals onto the realm of publicly trading companies and ICBT owns 70% of Canwealth.

I expect we hear news by the end of month on Canwealth's new trading symbol with a ramp up of news into December. Then, once they begin trading their 8,610,000 shares, we see it run, possibly into dollars per share.
ICBT owns around 32,000,000 shares of Canwealth so ICBT will run into pennies by next January. I bet we see hedge funds come on board with this one.
