I will not go into the particulars and specifics of 8K -- all experienced stock traders and investors know about 8K in detail :

Before I go into it, you will see for each of the mines I have been posting "exploration results" , many of them, and many others, post information about "Private Placements" . ... I will post some of the PP transactions this weekend, OK ?

So here's the thing : ... REG 8K is not voluntary -- it is not a suggestion. ... Pershing is self-funding, in a way, using some Private Placements , and who knows what else ?
In order to get the funding from interested Private Parties, THEY ( the Private Parties ) ARE GIVEN SPECIAL ACCESS TO EXPLORATION RESULTS THAT THE REST OF US ARE NEVER GIVEN .
That's a fact jack. ... AN ACTIONABLE OFFENSE in light of Reg. 8K and Reg. FD.

Because a claim is going to be made - - A SERIOUS CLAIM - - of violation of Reg. FD
( against the interests of long-term s'holders like me and thee ) and many many violations of REG 8K.
Gonna be fun for the claimants, but not fun for Pershing Management. ... COUNT ON IT !
I have experience in this domain - - - and I am not blowing smoke in anyone's general direction .
