I always thought a settlement scenario could be what you describe.. We just have to wait.
For example, giving them shares with a par value of say .0025 even though shares are lower. If a div is going to be given at .011 again then COR would simply need to be given say 33% of the difference (since they will own shares and future dividends) or 150m shares and call it a day.
If this were trading on the pinks the number of shares could be much less. Shares could be trading much much higher than what they were before so something fair might be 20% (even lower). It all depends on your assumptions!

I invested in Calissio Resources Group because I considered the financial statements warranted an investment. For every reader here that has been paying attention to my posts, please note the following:

Therefore, OS as of the last PR was 242m. Consequently, I don't believe there is reason to believe I am a majority holder, despite recent purchases, without making a large degree of assumptions.
