That article is from 2008 ! ! ! ! !
And AVXL was a disaster for years after that, as I, having bought in the mid-3's (mid 12's post-reverse split) can attest.
It's a really good thing I bought 20x as much AVXL when it was sub--.30 or I would STILL be way underwater.
