As such action would be very unintelligent, it would also delay the inevitable situation ETRADE finds itself in at the current moment. It wouldnt surprise me if ETRADE is brought up in the case.....John Doe?
I would not display public ultimatums especially on Iscam either. Such actions would be highly foolish in a very public and widely watched forum.
Please consider your actions before displaying them....you might get what you want with displaying restraint and more patience....you never know what is going on behind the scenes.
