Good point. Time is running out, you can only stall something so long before you lose complete credibility. I am a fair guy, all I ask for is honesty & commitment. I understand delays happen. Nothing is perfect. However in my line of work, if I give a client my word that I will get something done by such and such date - and I don't follow through, that not only affects my reputation - but the ability for the company I am partnered with to continue to get more projects. Therefore, I always plan ahead for delays, obstacles, setbacks, etc - by allotting myself more time to complete a deadline - if I get it done in under the time period that I've created, then I look even better to the client. Joel should take example or start taking notes now.
Also, I am working everyday - putting in 80-100hr+ work weeks to help grow the business and if I am going to invest big money into this company - I expect that Joel is doing the same or will start. There is always work to be done, Gold processing does not have to stop at a certain time of the day - if your day crew is tired or on the verge of burnout, bring in a night crew. Ghana & Keystone should be a 24/7 operation!! Not a 60 hr - 5 to 6 day a week operation!
Joel, quit stalling. Get this company fully reporting, live feed up, and start showing transparency on Ghana & Keystone - as we were due for gold sales / projects months ago.
