You are incorrect. According to the Wikipedia article on PS4 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_4 it is capable of doing 4K resolutions for video. I want to know if there are any plans to introduce a 4K app to the PS4 so that I can use it to watch 4K videos from Ultraflix on my TV. I know that Sony has already made a deal with them to get their downloadable app on all new Sony 4K TVs, so it would seem logical that because the PS4 is capable of doing 4K resolution that they would want to introduce the Ultraflix app to the Playstation store as well. Please give my questions some serious consideration instead of giving me an incorrect answer next time. I am an informed consumer.
