Hey Old & Wise, I knew you were involved i

I knew you were involved in the same industry as I am in now. Just the way how you described your experiences, I was able to pick it up right away that I was once in your shoes. One of the best job I ever had was being in charge of the landing gear drop test for Adam Aircraft. Everything else has been a bonus.
After 20 years, I am actually taking a break in the industry right now. I've gone back to school at CU-Boulder to further my education. Then I'll jump back in. I've got a really nice resume that it'll be a shoo-in once I am ready.
I agree with you on the FAA. They took their time for the safety of the public as I have mentioned before. When the 787 Dreamliner had to be grounded for 3 months in 2013 on the Lithium-ion battery, the FAA was all ready and willing to help us resolve the issue. We knew the pressure was great on them, and FAA passed that pressure to Boeing, and we felt it. Boeing came up with a fix, and FAA asked us to prove that it worked, and it was quite a task. Once that fix came and approved, one by one, each aircraft was being fitted with the fix so that they can start flying.
But now...here we are with the AC...We're all begging for the FAA to get Baltia flying! I do agree that it gives Baltia the pass, and I see it very well, but I think it's a pass with a condition that all airlines will also have to deal with as well until the supplier comes up with an improved process.
So, what was your best job in the industry?
