(OTC: BRWC), a high end private label bottled water company from NY, today announced that it has completely finished the retirement of all of its outstanding convertible notes held by various financing companies. The elimination of the Company’s convertible debt has substantially strengthened its balance sheet. As stated in previous Press Releases, Boreal Water Collection has not entered into any new convertible promissory note agreements since October 2014 and it has no intention to issue any convertible notes in the foreseeable future. The Company is confident it can continue to cease the use of convertible debt financing to fund its operations and expansion.
