Here is the Definition for Painting the tape. Please notice it is usually a group effort and that is why they reference Manipulaters and not Manipulater. The biggest thing to be noted is in the first sentence, it's done to achieve a HIGH CLOSING PRICE. So trying to scare CAPC shareholders saying it's done at a Sell Price is just good old fashion Bullshit. What's going on in CAPC is so small it would never pass a sniff test. Its foolish to be scaring shareholders. Who knows, maybe it's being done to scare shareholders into selling, you just never know. Strange things go on.
Oh by the way the low amounts of volume that CAPC gets no group would dare do it here. CAPC and their shareholders are SAFE, no need to sell here
