The biggest thing to be noted is in the first sentence, it's done to achieve a HIGH CLOSING PRICE. So trying to scare CAPC shareholders saying it's done at a Sell Price is just good old fashion Bullshit. What's going on in CAPC is so small it would never pass a sniff test. Its foolish to be scaring shareholders. Who knows, maybe it's being done to scare shareholders into selling, you just never know. Strange things go on.
