Nice try, but quarterly reports are how we keep score. 4 quarters equals a full game. Games are what make the season. Without seasons to compare, investors end up with lousy teams, that they think are good, because they haven't compared them to any other teams.
How would anyone know if they have a winner or a loser without a scoreboard? I don't need an audit of the last two seasons to tell me the score in today's game, a quarterly report will do just fine. I do not fear false quarterlies, they just make audits difficult to complete and time consuming.
