This is the whole purpose of the regulations(dot)gov website. It is official, documented, indisputable communications between the DOT (FAA) and BLTA.
Now, the FAA might notify BLTA in an Email or phone call, but we will probably get the word from regulations(dot)gov. Unless a PR is released first.
Unfortunately, I suspect most investors have never spent 5 minutes at regulations(dot)gov. They get their info from a stock message board and thus are vulnerable to all the noise and nonsense. Investors expose themselves to bad info, when the facts are available. Sad.
