I am working with several firms that are have already begun their discovery. Visibility is high on this and several firms have already been approached before I reached out to them. The writers of these timed hit pieces are under review for both civil litigation (individual/class action) and securities manipulation (criminal). Whether this bears any fruit -- who knows, but it's heartening to see such a rapid response."
