You're right, but the company should communicate about the status. Should inform the actions they're doing to help speed the process and update complications surrounding it. Just leaving everyone in the dark about it causes uncertainty and nervousness among investors.
Why's it taking so long and what is the company doing with the auditing firm to help speed the process up? Nobody knows because they don't communicate.
