Perhaps but when I retired from the Army in 2008 most signatures were going digital, Im not sure it takes the FAA weeks for a few signatures, I know most people don't think our government can do anything over night but the truth is it really is a pretty efficient government and it can do many things over night, the vast majority of delays are by choice
