This is what I'm seeing. it seems that they had an independent auditor who found he needed to dedicate more time to the situation than he was prepared to do so. I'm thinking rectifying the previous auditors filing took more work than this auditor realized at first. Also, let's not forget he's an independent auditor with multiple clients. Hence why the constant delays. Seems francine was annoyed with the delays also just like the rest of us. She just needs an auditor who will dedicate all there time to redo the filings thoroughly. THIS HAS not effected there negotiations with the international partner..IF IT HAD. THEN THIS POTENTIAL DEAL WOULD HAVE FELL THROUGH A LONG TIME AGO. BUT according to her latest emails, they're still in negotiations. if this actually affected there standing with the partner, don't you think we would've known about it from July to november time frame. well be fine.
