It's really pathetic actually. I'm not into twitter, but as far I can tell Hangout has their own twitter accounts & all the posts here (or, the first few words) get automatically tweeted. That loser randomly responds to Hangout tweets relating to Baltia. There's absolutely no rhyme, reason or, relevance to the posts he replies to. The good news is he seams really pissed off.
