Launch of apartment development project in Estonia

AS Merko Ehitus has launched the apartment development project in the Nõmme district of Tallinn, at Kivimäe 32. The project includes two three-storey apartment buildings, which will be completed by the end of summer 2016.

The architect of the apartment buildings with energy class B ( http://www.merko.ee/kivimae32 ) is Anu Tammemägi. A fence surrounds the property, 40 parking spaces are located in the yard. Tasteful landscaping in the courtyard takes into consideration the valuable trees and greenery, characteristic to Nõmme district.
