SimCorp A/S – Share buyback program
In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 15.0m (approx. DKK 111.9m) in the period from 25 August 2015 to 19 February 2016.
The following transactions have been executed under the program:

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 1,248,244 treasury shares corresponding to 3.01% of the share capital.
Purchases for an amount of EUR 7.8m (approx. DKK 58.4m) remain to be executed under the program.
