This coming Tuesday marks 15 weeks since Mini #7. It is unbelievably long wait for a 15 second results. But we all know why it's taken this long. We know that the FAA has recently released a revised AC which clearly indicates that it's a problem within the emergency slide manufacturers. We know that the FAA sees this as a serious problem. We know that it's going to take time for the FAA and the suppliers to work together to improve the process, and I personally know it's going to take months or years to get that improved.
Baltia cannot stand for that. WE the investors cannot stand for that. At first, I did say that we shouldn't be calling the FAA since it was only 4 weeks...but we are coming up on 15 weeks, and I say it's time to come to terms with a decision.
Many are talking about sending a note to FAA...If you choose to do so, do it with words that does not threaten or compromise Baltia's goal to certification.
I would recommend you call Tony at Baltia and ask what you can do to help motivate FAA to get with Baltia and talk about the results. We need a deadline from FAA.
