When the CEO said no RS I believed that 100%, no need because this stock will move up to the penny land until it reaches 0.05 RS will be on the table again maybe 20 to 1 to get the pps to $1.00. I did not sell when it went to 0.014 bought most of my shares at 0.0018 but instead bought more at 0.006. Confident my investments will multiply 20 times at least. Got to join in if you want good profit this year. GO $COLV.
