The constant cries on other sites for a partnershi

It is in someone's best interest (but NOT the best interests of CTIX current shareholders) for these activities to take place.
Who would benefit from a reverse split, and a bad partnership deal that robs CTIX of a fair price? We've seen from the AVXL debacle that a reverse split certainly does NOT prevent stock manipulation -- it ran up to 14, back down to 8 in days, and probably much lower Monday despite its uplisting. And as far as the partnership screams, would CTIX shareholders profit from a lowball price for a partnership now, or a higher price later?
How would one try to force a bad partnership on a company? Perhaps by attacking the stock, making claims that the company needs financing (it doesn't, until late next year by which time they'll have a LOT more clinical trial results), and other outright lies to try to panic shareholders into selling?
Think about motives and so, so much becomes very clear.
