The funny part is is that is just as illegal. With the lawyer looking and I am sure the SEC is also, these idiots like noretreat and his gang that think they are untouchable have probably given enough information in the last 4 weeks to land them in legal trouble. Pumping and dumping is illegal. I know some of them have the admin privileges also, that is how they control board. But they have gotten sloppy, over confident and made plenty of mistakes. If I can keep record of, you can guarantee the SEC has the information.
I am more than confident that CTIX will shake of this crap long before it is settled in the legal aspect. You can be sure that they are looking for someone to make famous, I hope they share their ihub names when they are all rounded up, would be neat to see.
