I hear you. I was in the same boat. But, when we went sub penny, I bought up enough to average down to where I am now in the green. As to the certs, I am hoping for the best, but, expecting the worst. That way, I can't be disappointed. Given that I have never even received my certs, i am doubtful of their prospects.

In fairness, I probably didn't have as many shares as you had on the execution date. So, the certs are relatively small from my point of view. And, they were worthless under Peter, so, there is only upside if there is any value now.
