$HTIC Ticker change just went live; from DRAG to HTIC; RM play; pr announcing RM and up to 27M in financing to come. All brokerages should have shares available to trade now or beginning of next week. Early bird gets the worm on this one; currently down on very low volume with opportunities to grab up on the dip.
