The Company presented seven proposals for the shareholders vote at the meeting, including reappointment of the company's directors and auditors and grant of stock options to its CEO, of which one proposal (proposed grant of stock options to the Chairman) was not approved by the requisite majority of the shareholders. All other six proposals voted on at the Annual General Meeting were adopted by a majority vote of the shareholders.
