Right, AJ and the article points out that the Army is looking at the cost effectiveness of "Swarms" of drones overrunning the enemy with drones carrying small bombs. You can build a lot of Prodropper drones for the cost of one missle launcher.
The idea of a swarm of a thousand drones coming in the night, each carrying a small bomb and thermal camera should have ISIS worried.
