Once a company lists on a big exchange, the due date for the financial reports is listed in plain sight. Then, investors don't expect that they might see them earlier, they expect them on the date shown. It's not posted for the pinks, but the OTC regulations to maintain the "current information" designation is 45 days from the end of the quarter. Sometimes big companies are late, but they just announce the pushed back date in a PR and no biggy, unless there's good reason to expect gloom and doom. I'd say give em the benefit of the doubt til at least the deadline.
