Dynegy ($DYN) reported below-consensus adjusted earnings for its third quarter but said it remains on track to meet its 2015 adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow guidance. Atmos ($ATO) announced a 7.7 percent increase in its annual dividend to $1.68 per share.
