why are we still Treaty Energy Corp from www.otcmarkets.com
I still see TECO Treaty Energy Corp
I thought they changed company name to Trimerica Energy Corporation
on August 27th
even from of Nevada Secretary of State website I see company status as
CONVERT OUT
by changing company name and engaging in a Delaware
can company run away from over 2 million dollars judgments?
if so that looks like Fraudulent Transfer
This time Chris D. Tesarski, and Andrew L. Kramer will join
Gwyn and Blackburn
It's sad to see some people who invested their hard earned money and some even borrowed money to invest on this company believed what the company stated I read post of who invested over $50k and 80k
my 4k looks like nothing I have default judgment on Treaty Energy Corp.
since they changed company name I am going after Chris D. Tesarski to get my money refuned that will be 4k+transportaion fee to Texas court where Chris is
