$BMIX While we're not quite out of the woods yet, I have a strong suspicion that we will be climbing somewhere around the 1st of the year, though hopefully before. The updates as of lately have been solid as well. Let's get our bid back, ditch the diluting MM's, rid ourselves of low triple-zero flippers by buying and holding, and let's spread the word about what's to come here. Profitability should be coming soon as should a PR of the end of the dilution. Marc still needs to remedy the illiquid charge on Scottrade as that is not helping the bid or the favorable outlook from the retail investor's perspective, seeing as Scottrade is one of the big name brokerages. Also, if the debt has been bought and is to be repaid in the form of restricted shares, it would also be favorable for an A/S reduction, given most A/S increases are enacted in response to financiers wanting to see an A/S that is sufficient to produce an O/S sufficient enough to warrant debt repayment in the form of shares. Should Marc happen to begin the wiping out of convertible debt - as has been mentioned - and is now moving up the ladder to private financing, A/S reductions would make the company's investment stats much more pleasing to the eye. SS is a big deal - so much so that some stay away or alternatively, jump in, solely on those numbers. Holding long here.
*ps A post or two ago I mentioned that Marc should sell his used OTR tires to recycling companies to increase revs; hopefully that will happen. The company I mentioned, DRAG, is now HITC and is moving in case anyone is looking around or is wondering what DRAG is after reading through posts here. Ticker change became effective today; and for any merger players here, the PR for the RM and financing has yet to come out so there should be a little window to get in over there should you like the DD; no promises though since no one can predict when news is to hit.
