Just to be clear...., I do not consider my self as a psychic in any stretch of the imagination. And I know you did not imply that.
What brought me to that conclusion was the legal issues we are having and how long we have been at it, as well as where we are in the processes in each of the three. ie: JR, Lakeshore, Chapter 11 NAFTA.
Any positive news from any of the above would be equal to rolling a small rock off of a very large mountain. As things move forward with that rock, it would cause more things to happen as it travels downhill. By the time it finally settles down there will be an avalanche of tons of debris.
In our case, this would be the setting of things right of the damage done us over the past 2 years, in many respects.
At the end of the day, many , many, things will come to light, wrongs will be righted, and we will be well on our way to be made whole once again. I feel the rock will be pushed off of the hill at least by Jan. 5th, I think it is with the OMB hearing. That is pretty much a no brainer with respect to what they will do with Lakeshore.
Things 'COULD' happen before that, like with Giddy Up which I think could be ANY DAY. So, Yes, between December and April, I think we will be very happy with all of the PR's and factual news which have to be forthcoming.
