This is an organization this has had its hands in some pretty dubious suspicions over the years... Look up Rodney Stich if you haven't heard of him. Look up the laundry list of FAA corruption scandals since 1958, the majority of which haven't seen daylight. Look at the list of lawsuits. Look at the reports on their dubious hiring practices. Look at the list of airline disasters over the years that were deemed (at least in public opinion) to be preventable, had the FAA only done its job.

Do you think there's a chance, a small chance, that someone would take a check to keep Baltia stalled? Let's be honest here... if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and smells like a duck...

Like I said, there are a LOT of eyes on the FAA right now, and they don't exactly endear themselves with the gratitude of being trustworthy. I think Baltia's posting of that document was, in a way, their DD to shareholders of saying "see, we've done everything we can, and this SHOULD be done."

If it doesn't get done soon, I feel confident that Baltia MGMT isn't going to just sit back and take it.
