Correct. This was created on 10/8/15, and was reviewed by upper management. Baltia has just released this today on FB, which means that they are permitted to do so from FAA because the signed copy is completed. I see this a lot at Boeing/Spirit Aerosystems. It seems that it took FAA a month to review and sign that advisory.
It is not for Balita, but for the entire aviation industry that flies in the United States.
This means, the results for Baltia is coming soon. This is positive news. VERY Positive.
